Instore Purchasing Procedure
• SEEN Store is located at 20 street Ahmed Kamal from Lasalki street , New Maadi beside American
Aid Agency , Ground Floor

• SEEN store will be opened to parents by Wednesday 20th of August 2025 from 10:00 am till 3:00
pm except for FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS till the school entrance for summer uniform, reservation also
available for winter uniform in case of parent’s request
• By the mid of October, will be offering the winter uniform (dates will be send later)
• Instapay Link & Visa machine is available
Online Purchasing Procedure
• Online purchasing will be available starting from Wednesday 20th of August 2025
• Orders can be made through the following link: https://mac.seen4trading.com
• All orders must be replaced in store or through online shop, unfortunately no orders will be taken
through the phone.
• Payments can be made either online through the website or cash on delivery.
• A description for each item is available on the website for washing instructions
• Orders will be delivered within 72 hours from your purchase request.
• You must accept and pay for the entire order or ship back the entire order with the courier, no
partial orders will be accepted.
• If the courier cannot reach a parent within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.
Return and Exchange
• In store Exchange is available with the original receipt within 7 days
• On line Exchange will be in store within 2 days of parents receive with the copy of the order.
Exchange is according to availability of items.
• No refunds will be allowed only exchange so please make sure of your quantities and sizes
